The Child Experience (TCE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping kids engaged during the summer through its camps across Toronto. Running from 9am to 3pm, these camps offer a wide range of programs and activities that encourage kids to make the most of their summer! TCE camps focus on sports, drama, and arts and crafts, providing a fun and enriching environment where campers can participate in numerous activities, along with building amazing friendships.
For TCE Derry Down, it’s all about creating unforgettable experiences packed with fun, learning, and friendship! To kick this day off, the campers played an intense game of musical chairs alongside their wonderful counsellors, bringing out the campers’ enthusiasm and competitive spirit. Laughter filled the air as each kid raced to grab a seat, and that vibrant energy carried through the rest of the day, setting the tone for the more exciting activities to come!
Regardless of the activity, campers at TCE Derry Down will discover new skills, all the while still having a blast! To wrap up their day, the campers and counsellors made their own personalized lanterns. Creativity shone brightly as each kid designed their lantern, making a perfect keepsake to remember a day full of fun and new friendships!
