Belka Enrichment is a non-profit organization which began in 2001 and started collaborating with Focus on Youth in 2007, strengthening both parties through teamwork. The goal of Belka Enrichment is to engage youth in the summer time and provide them with spiritual and academic support. Emphasis is placed on the belief that as long as there is opportunity to enrich the campers with lessons of faith and academics, youth will have the power within themselves to leave positive impacts on their communities.
At camp, kids are able to grow friendships, learn how to communicate and have fun. Activities at Belka Enrichment include sports, games in the gym, arts and crafts and icebreakers! Each day brings something new and activities vary, but one thing is for sure: each camper has a great time!
Belka Enrichment works to provide each camper with the skills necessary to become fulfilled individuals as they mature. The staff and supervisors aim towards building each camper’s self-confidence, interpersonal skills and responsibility through lessons of self-reliance, equality, power and civil rights. With the belief that children are the future, each camper is given the care and attention which allows them to flourish.

I learned and experienced a lot of things at Belka camp. I learned that you have to have more patience, improvising for the kids and on spot thinking,etc working at Belka has helped me. I loved working there specially the kids was well behaved, the staffs was nice and kind as well as the supervisor.
