One of the camps with the East Scarborough Boys and Girls Club (BGC) is located at St. Maria Goretti CES which is 21 Kenmark Blvd. BGC has been serving their community since 1956 and each year, they strive to expand their outreach. As their motto is, “A good place to be,” they reach these expectations by providing the campers an entertaining and unique camp experience.

This particular camp offers different activities for their campers, which include: arts and crafts, drama, and sports. The camp also attends multiple field trips and go swimming to promote physical activity. Their typical day starts with a gym activity, such as octopus or dodgeball, to get their energy up for an exciting day. Afterward, they cool off by doing arts and crafts.
Here at the BGC, every day is a fun day with the fun activities that they play and the positive environment provided by the campers and staff. Every day, the kids learn and develop new skills for themselves, as well as the counselors too!
