Footsteps to Success was founded by none other than Andre Fullerton who had the goal of providing children in the community a safe and welcoming space for free. Campers have the opportunity to learn from counselors, supervisors and volunteers about what it means to be a leader in the community. Footsteps to Success is a second home to these campers, where they can make new friends, have lots of fun while growing into responsible individuals.
A broad range of well organized programming is available for the campers from the arts, sports, leadership and more! Campers are able to choose which of the three options they would like to be their main focus, giving them the opportunity to strengthen and grow in the area that interests them the most. Many field trips are also offered throughout the course of the summer.
Leadership lessons are infused into everything the campers do. The importance of leaving a positive impact on your community is continually stressed and encouraged. The hard working team of supervisors, counselors and volunteers help every child understand the significance of teamwork, determination and a positive attitude. Footsteps to Success is truly one big family.
