The Belka Enrichment Center has a number of programs that run all year long, dedicated to raising academic levels for at-risk children in the area. This encourages them to become active, and involved as members in their community. The center began its program over 10 years ago and has become a safe haven for children from SK to grade 8 who needs homework assistance, mentoring, friendship, and protection.
