Community MicroSkills Development camp is a unique organization with groundbreaking ideas. This program aims to give youth and adults aged 13 to 29 an opportunity to explore entrepreneurship as a viable career option. Through training and support, they are able to achieve their economic goals and action plans.

Through Microskills, the youth are able to take advantage of program benefits such as:
- Interactive workshops
- Networking tips from young mentors and business professionals
- Entrepreneurial projects and activities
- Summer / March break camps
- Business startup and operation

This centre is not only about work, but having fun! Despite the business aspects of the program, the youth also have the chance to interact with physical activities and games. This program is far from mundane – it focuses on essential life skills, shaping the youth into young business owners. With the help of Focus on Youth staff who prepare the games and activities, the participants continue to grow into successful individuals.
