Focus on Youth gives high school students the chance to gain real work experience while having fun! From exciting camp programs to behind-the-scenes roles, there’s something for everyone. Take custodians, for example, they’re the people keep our schools sparkling clean and safe, making sure every space is ready for learning and fun.
For John and Michael, they work hard to keep Monsignor Percy Johnson spotless. Making sure the highschool is ready for the new school year! They are in charge of cleaning mainly the stairwells and second floor due to the third and first floors being used by the new grade 9’s that will be arriving at MPJ! They are to clean the stairs, making sure to get all the paint that has been dropped by the amazing artists, and to clean the classes making sure they are safe and tidy for the teachers and students.
